The projects carried out by CONA for the second-largest tire manufacturer globally, at two locations in Romania, started in 2016 with the design and execution of a tire warehouse with an area of approx. 13,000 sqm in Florești, Prahova County.

The objective had an execution time of 7.5 months and was completed at the end of 2016. The second project involved expanding the current production hall at the main location in Romania – Zalău, Sălaj County, as well as creating several auxiliary objectives such as a canteen, warehouses, offices, and a cooling station for technological water. The construction solutions varied depending on the destination of the buildings, but the development took place exclusively horizontally, with a ground floor height level.
