Our company has received the commencement order for a new sports facility: The expansion and modernization of Sports Base No. 1 in Timișoara. The Polytechnic University of Timișoara is an institution with tradition in Romanian education and sports. This project will be carried out on a location filled with sports history, and we aim to honor this past by building a quality facility that will provide modern conditions and facilitate performance.

Sports projects are at the top of our preferences due to the experience we have in this segment. We have started in full force the work to build a grandstand with a capacity of 1484 seats, a multi-story car park with 180 parking lots, 2 mini-football fields, changing rooms for athletes and referees, a conference hall, medical offices and a café with  terrace.

To achieve this goal, we are joined by our colleagues from CONA MEP, CONA IT Solutions and partners from Flexik Automation and TK Elevator Eastern Europe GmbH Vienna.

The land on which the constructions will be carried out lies on over 5,000 square meters, located between Traian Lalescu Street and the existing football field, in the courtyard of Sports Base No. 1 of the Polytechnic University of Timișoara.
