Our company has been awarded the contract for the rehabilitation and modernization of the Sibiu County Council building. Starting next spring, we will begin a series of essential works for the modernization of C1 building, with the main objective to implement energetic efficiency solutions, sustainability and inclusion in the County Council’s headquarter. We will have the opportunity to carry out modernization works in a building over 100 years old, located right in the center of Sibiu, on General Magheru Street, just 200 m from the city’s Large Square. This is the perfect occasion to blend Sibiu’s rich history with modernity and technology.

This project gives us the chance to work again in tandem with our colleagues from CONDESIGN. Together, we will prepare the technical-economic documentation, develop the technical project for execution and the necessary documentation to obtain the approvals and the building permit. Subsequently, we will carry out the seismic consolidation works, increase energy efficiency, optimize the operational spaces, change the attic’s purpose and install specific equipment and systems.

We are excited about this project, which offers us the opportunity and challenge to merge the past with modernity and which will ultimately highlight one of Sibiu’s emblematic buildings.
