We are pleased to be building again in Alba Iulia! Our company is part of the consortium that signed the contract for the Relocation and modernization of the oncology department’s activity and the construction of an interventional cardiology department, with work set to begin shortly. The project includes the relocation and modernization of the oncology department of the Alba Iulia County Emergency Hospital, as well as the construction of a new interventional cardiology department. More precisely, a new building will be constructed with five floors and a helipad, connected by a walkway to the current location of the oncology department, covering a total area of 8,076 sqm.

The new hospital will have 100 beds and the spaces, functions, and flows will be created for continuous hospitalization, day hospital, and outpatient services for patients with oncological conditions and interventional cardiology. In addition, the project includes the construction of an outpatient clinic with 4 consultation offices and 4 treatment rooms, as well as a registry office and related spaces. The construction will have energy from renewable sources: photovoltaic/solar panels, AHU with heat recovery, heating and cooling batteries, BMS for optimizing building consumption (HVAC, lighting, and low voltage currents).
